Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Physio for the Elderly, we recognize that circumstances can change, and we do our best to accommodate your needs. To ensure efficient service and respect the time of both our therapists and clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need.

Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you are entitled to a full refund of the session fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Emergency Situations: We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Emergencies include unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as medical emergencies, accidents, or severe weather conditions. These cases will be reviewed individually, and we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.

Processing Fees: Any applicable processing fees for issuing refunds may be deducted from the total refund amount. You will be informed of any such fees in advance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy enables us to provide the best possible service to all our clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
